My Hero

My Hero was an early US sitcom starring Bob Cummings whose later Bob Cummings Show (Love That Bob in syndication) became one of the 50's big comedies. Cummings role in My Hero is similar to that in his later show only instead of being a professional photographer that resides with his sister and her son he is single and works as an unsuccessful real estate agent that shares an office with the lovely Julie Bishop who does her best to save him from himself. Cummings also co-wrote this and was heavily involved in the production.
