Honey West was the first Hollywood female private detective show. Starring the late Anne Francis in the title role, the character first appeared in an April 1965 episode of Burke's Law (found on Disc 1). The show was well-received but not brought back after its first season because ABC determined it would be cheaper to license the great UK show The Avengers than it would be to produce another season of Honey West.
